I am in the engineering and construction business and can recognize quality materials and workmanship. The piping materials used for my home repairs were first class and top of the line. The piping techs were knowledgeable, hard working and experienced. The same holds true for the sheet rock repairers. The exposed wall openings for the piping, most of which were concealed under cabinets, were repaired perfectly. The texturing and paint match the existing superbly. I’m a very particular person and hard to please but I give the an A+ and highly recommend using this company.

Carlos and his crew of PROFESSIONAL professionals did an outstanding job! I could go on about the high quality of their work and their reasonable price, but I won’t. I expect high quality and reasonable pricing and wouldn’t be giving them 5 stars if they didn’t earn it (and they did). Generally, my reviews stop here. The reason I am giving them 5 stars AND taking the time to write this review is to share something that was even more impressive than their high quality work… Their communication.

It might sound simple, but communication is as important as quality when considering such a MAJOR repair to something as important as our HOME. Not only Carlos, but the entire team communicated with us and made us feel and KNOW that we were part of the process. To us, repiping our whole house is like open-heart surgery on our largest asset, our home. Like a trusted caregiver, they shared every step and let us know what was happening at every step along the way… financing, laying the attic replacement pipes, replacing the water heater, cutting the sheetrock (minimal), connecting the appliances and faucets, repairing the sheetrock, painting the repairs (paint matched EXACTLY!), and cleaning up THE WHOLE HOUSE! And the water was off for only a very short amount of time during the work day so it wouldn’t interfere with regular activities. Also, we were out of town while they were working, so they had full access to our whole house and they were completely respectful of our home and our security. Quite frankly, we are AMAZED.

And the communication AFTER the job has been just as great! We didn’t know that service that is quick, high-quality and professional was still available in today’s world. Our faith has been RESTORED (and RE-PIPED)! Moreover, because of the great work that they do, I fully expect this business to still be in business IF I ever need warranty work. I am an engineer (and an attorney) and have inspected their work. I am 99.99% sure that we will never need any warranty work. And if we do, they warranty the pipes and service FOR LIFE! And it is even transferrable if we sell the house within 10 years! Who does THAT anymore?!!

If you have read this far, I want to share that we feel your pain. When we contacted Carlos, we were stressed. The difficult, frustrating and vulnerable situation of needing to replace our leaking galvanized pipes was frightening. And even worse was the fear of not replacing our pipes and having water damage our home, hardwood floors and everything in it. It was an immediate relief when we talked with Carlos and learned that he and his team would handle EVERY aspect of the ENTIRE job…including clean-up by professional house cleaners. I was waiting for the catch, the surprise, the oh-by-the-way…and it never came. Everything was just as promised. Moreover, he has up-front, no-haggle fixed pricing and everything’s included! Carlos has taken the customer’s perspective and thought of everything. In short, the work was professional, turn-key and completely automatic.

BTW, I usually doubt glowing 5-star reviews that look fake or look like they were posted by friends or family of the business owners. That’s not the case here. We didn’t know Carlos from Adam before finding him online and were impressed from the get-go. Carlos is an honest business owner that knows how to do things right…the kind of community business owner that I like to support and encourage. Carlos has earned my future business. Just to be sure, you can take a look at our other reviews and know that we are honest and give true reviews…and not that many! And we haven’t been paid or received a discount to leave this review. So, as you can see, our respect and total appreciation goes out to Carlos, Melissa, Lance, Jose, Nelson, Maria and all the behind-the-scenes folks that are the reason that they can do their job so well and efficiently! Carlos and crew exceeded my expectations. They were very good about explaining the whole process every step of the way. The entire job took about 5 days (Three for the piping, and two for repair) They minimized the disruption to the daily routine in the house. I was only without water for about 8 hours on one day when they changed over from the old to the new plumbing. This was very important to me being I work from my home office.
Their “special” included sheetrock repair and painting. That part of the job was also done to extremely high standards.
The cost was also on the low end of the 4 places that provided me quotes. ( I only looked at top rated BBB listings)
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to replace their galvanized pipe with Pex.
